My cousin and I went to visit the graves of some of my paternal relatives.  As we were exiting this massive cemetery I spotted this unusual monument so we went over to investigate.

This is the surname monument for the Kim family located in the Korean section of Ridgeview Cemetery in Des Plaines, Illinois. All of the individual tombstone's were flush to the ground and around them and this temple like surname stone were evergreens.
