Pictured: Golden Buff rooster
“Roho” is a fine example of a Golden Buff rooster. This breed is called several names the most prominent being Golden Comet. The breed is a cross between a Rhode Island Red rooster and a Rhode Island White hen. The Golden Buff hens lay brown eggs and are known to skip a day and then lay 2 eggs in one day. “Roho” is my personal favorite of the roosters my aunt and uncle have. Everything about him said, I’m in charge. He seemed to be a favorite with the hens as well.
